Privacy notice: the juni waitlist
Updated 24 October 2026. This notice covers the waitlist on this website only. It will be reviewed by a lawyer, and replaced by a full privacy policy, before the juni app launches.
Who we are
juni is a childcare company being set up in Cairo, Egypt, by its two founders. To contact us about your details, email sarah@sarahdigs.com.
What we collect
When you join the list: your name, your WhatsApp number, your area and your children's age groups. If you answer the optional questions: when and what you'd use juni for, and your email if you give it. We also keep the language you used, the date you joined, and, if you arrived through a friend's link or one of our posts, that link's code and campaign tags (where it was posted). We never ask for your children's names or any other details about them.
Why
To tell you when juni opens near you, and to plan where and when to open. Nothing else. We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Your consent
We keep your details because you agree to it when you join, under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151 of 2020). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who sees them
Only juni's founders. Your details are stored with Supabase, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, and this website runs on Vercel. They handle the data for us and for no other purpose.
How long we keep them
Until juni opens in your area and for 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent. Email sarah@sarahdigs.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
